Over the course of the pandemic, the Center has acted both swiftly and efficiently to continue to provide the highest quality of care while maintaining the safest possible environment for our patients, their loved ones and our staff.  We are proud to report that we have had zero COVID transmissions in both of our facilities.

Hospice is a philosophy of care that focuses on the palliation of the symptoms of terminally ill patients and their loved ones.

Whether these symptoms are physical, spiritual, emotional or psychosocial in nature, the Center’s interdisciplinary team develops individualized plans for each and every patient, all with a compassionate understanding of the complex issues at hand.

Wherever a patient may reside, be it in a house, apartment, nursing home or one of our residential facilities, the Center is available, 24 hours a day, to assist you.
